This product is sold in a case of two 10 lb bags. The case includes one 10 lb bag of the PD Donut Mix and one 10 lb bag of The Vegan Knife Vanilla Donut Mix.  

Ingredients for The Vegan Knife Vanilla Donut Mix:

• Garbanzo bean flour
• Potato starch
• Sorghum flour
• Tapioca flour
• Light brown sugar (sugar, molasses)
• Baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate)
• Xanthan gum
• Salt
