Do you miss eating doughnuts? We did!!!! That’s why we created our vanilla doughnuts! Our proprietary gluten free blend is perfect to create a perfectly moist doughnut that will have you dancing for joy!!! Just add non dairy milk, oil, vanilla and bake!

This product is sold in a case of four 10 lb bags.

What else you'll need

  • 490 grams of dry doughnut mix
  • 2/3 Cup Coconut Milk (warm)
  • 2/3 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Makes 12 doughnuts

  • Baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate)

Preparation Instructions

  1. If using a residential oven, heat oven to 350 F (internal temperature). If using a commercial oven, we have found that the ideal temperature is between 315 F and 325 F (internal temperature). 
  2. With a spatula, mix dry doughnut mix, warm coconut milk, coconut oil, and vanilla in a large bowl until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Immediately divide batter evenly in a donut pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. 
  3. Bake for 11-15 minutes or until tops spring back when touched. Allow donuts to cool before removing donuts from pan. Enjoy as is or top with your favorite toppings.
