We recommend storing our baked cupcakes and donuts in an airtight sealed container at room temperature. Storing the baked goods in the refrigerator will dry them out.
Our products work best with canola oil or coconut oil. For a neutral flavor, we recommend using refined coconut oil. For best results, do not substitute ingredients.

If using a residential oven, it is very important that you bake our products at 350 degrees (internal temperature). We recommend that you use an oven thermometer to ensure that your oven is at 350. If you are baking our products in a commercial oven, please contact us.
