We are committed to sourcing our ingredients from organic, non-GMO, and environmentally sustainable sources to the extent economically feasible, but our products are not certified organic or non-GMO.

We only ship items through the United States Postal Service. We are only able to ship Products to within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of Products ordered, the weight of the Products, and packaging. The costs of shipping will be as displayed to you on our website.

Risk of Loss. You assume the risk of loss for all Products ordered upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier for shipping.

Every person is different, and we cannot guarantee you will not get a reaction or irritation. People with severe allergies--please note: If you have severe anaphylactic-type reactions to ANY of the ingredients in ANY of our Products, please do not buy our Products. Our products are manufactured in a certified gluten-free facility and cross contamination is minimized, but we cannot guarantee against possible cross-contamination of individual ingredients. We are not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF SICKNESS, DEATH, OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED AS A RESULT OF CONSUMING OUR PRODUCTS WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF THE VEGAN KNIFE, LLC.

Limited Replacement Warranty. This product is warranted against any manufactured defect through the expiration of the “Best By” date.

Limitation of Liability. As set forth above under the limited warranty provisions, our liability is limited to exchange or replacement of our Products which are returned to us in accordance with these Terms. In no event shall our liability exceed the value of the Product(s) sold. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of any of our Products.
