Yields: 12 regular size cupcakes or 1 8 inch round cake per pouch. Four pouches included.

I was heartbroken when I was told I could no longer eat gluten, dairy, or shellfish. As a passionate foodie with a love for desserts, I felt like my world was turned upside down. The gluten-free, allergen-friendly baked goods available at the time were either dense, dry, or just didn’t measure up. 


When I couldn’t find the perfect baking mix that I was looking for, I set out to make it myself. It took years to perfect the recipe, and I promise it was worth the wait. Enjoy your favorite desserts again, without wheat, gluten, eggs, soy, dairy or nuts.
