Chocolate Doughnut Mix - Four 10# Bags (40 pounds).

  • 521.25 grams of Chocolate Doughnut Mix
  • 2/3 Cup of canola oil or coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 Tablespoons of canola oil or coconut oil (melted)
  • 2/3 Cup coconut milk (warm)
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut milk (warm)
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract

Preparation Instructions

  1. If using a residential oven, heat oven to 350 F (internal temperature). If using a commercial oven, we have found that the ideal temperature is between 315 F and 325 F (internal temperature). 
  2. With a spatula, mix dry doughnut mix, warm coconut milk, coconut oil, and vanilla in a large bowl until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Immediately divide batter evenly in a doughnut pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. 
  3. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until tops spring back when touched. Allow doughnuts to cool before removing doughnuts from pan. Enjoy as is or top with your favorite toppings.
