Keto Doughnut Mix - Four 10# Bags (40 pounds).

  • 494.50 grams of dry doughnut mix
  • 2/3 Cup Heavy Cream (warm)
  • 2/3 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 4 large eggs Beaten (at room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Instructions

  1. If using a residential oven, heat oven to 350 F (internal temperature). If using a commercial oven, we have found that the ideal temperature is between 315 F and 325 F (internal temperature). 
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, coconut oil, and vanilla until all ingredients are combined. Add the dry doughnut mix to the wet ingredients. Using a spatula, mix the wet ingredients with the dry doughnut mix until thoroughly combined. Immediately divide batter evenly in a doughnut pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. 
  3. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until tops spring back when touched. Allow doughnuts to cool before removing doughnuts from pan. Enjoy as is or glaze as desired.
