Do you miss eating donuts? We did!!!! That’s why we created our cinnamon sugar donuts! Cinnamon and nutmeg are added to our proprietary gluten free blend to create a perfectly moist donut that will have you dancing for joy!!! Just add non dairy milk, oil, vanilla and bake!

Yields: 12 regular size donuts.

  • 2/3 Cup Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 2/3 Cup Canola or Coconut Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Garbanzo bean flour
  • Potato starch
  • Sorghum flour
  • Tapioca flour
  • Baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate)

  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt

Preparation Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (internal temperature).
  2. Mix with a spatula, dry donut mix, hot almond or coconut milk, oil, and vanilla in a large bowl until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Immediately divide batter evenly in a 12 count donut pan that has been sprayed lightly with non-stick spray.
  4. Bake for 11-15 minutes or until tops spring back when touched. Allow donuts to cool before removing donuts from pan. Enjoy as is or coat with cinnamon sugar.
