The Vegan Knife Pumpkin Waffles
Ingredients: 
494 grams of The Vegan Knife’s vanilla donut mix
1/3 Cup pure pumpkin puree
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon 
1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 Cup non-dairy milk (we prefer unsweetened coconut or almond milk)
2/3 Cup canola oil or coconut oil (melted)
1 Tablespoons vanilla extract 
Directions:
  1. Spray non-stick cooking oil on waffle maker. Preheat waffle maker to medium high heat. 
  2. In a large bowl, using a spatula, mix vanilla donut mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, and all the wet ingredients until well combined. 
  3. Pour enough batter in the center of the waffle maker so it’s 3/4 of the way full. Close lid immediately. Follow manufacturer’s instructions to determine when the waffles are ready. Using tongs, remove the waffle carefully from the waffle maker when ready. 
  4. Serve hot. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
